Job Description
Duties & Responsible
Project Leadership & Delivery
Develop and manage the overall project plan, timeline, and key deliverables for SuccessFactors implementation.
Responsible for the delivery of all agreed system milestones and changes. Ensure any required interfaces are implemented as per project scope.
Coordinate project resources across HR, IT, and external vendors.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to keep the project on track.
Ensure compliance with project governance and reporting requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with HR leaders, principals, and senior management to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Facilitate regular workshops and communication sessions to support stakeholder buy-in.
Act as the primary contact between schools/colleges and the project team, and third-party interface consultants.
Provide weekly and monthly project status reports to stakeholders.
System Implementation
Oversee system configuration, testing, and data migration in collaboration with implementation partners.
Ensure all relevant interfaces with existing systems and software are delivered.
Co-ordinate all third-party software consultants to ensure delivery of agreed milestones.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure readiness for go-live.
Drive the design and delivery of training and change management activities to support adoption.
Post-Implementation
Establish support processes and handover to business-as-usual teams.
Evaluate project outcomes and capture lessons learned for future initiatives.
Track and report on the success and benefits realisation of the implementation.
Essential skills & experience
· Bachelor's degree in business, HR, IT, or related field (desirable).
· Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
· Proven track record managing HRIS or large-scale HR technology implementations, including SuccessFactors.
· Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, succession, payroll integration).
· Experience working in multi-site, education, or complex organisational environments an advantage.
· Vendor and stakeholder management experience essential.
· Mandatory Requirement: Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Singapore payroll processing and local government regulations (e.g., CPF, tax clearance). This expertise is critical for seamless integration with government portals and related systems.
