Job Responsibilities include:

· Desktop, server, network, IT support and security related matters.

· Audit and enforcement of IT assets, security, standards, policies, and compliances.

· Network and Infrastructure:

o general upgrades, changes, maintenance, and relocations.

o network, server, server cluster administrations and security.

· Support and participation in new business-related initiatives as required.

· Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

· NITEC/Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or related fields.

· Practical knowledge in the following areas, preferably with relevant certifications:

o MS Enterprise Solutions, e.g. Office 365, Azure, Network & Server Services.

o Enterprise and Cyber Security, e.g. APT, CIP, mainstream security devices.

· A well-natured and constructive team player with a highly positive attitude that could thrive under pressure.

· At least 6 months internship experience in IT/Cyber security.

· Experience with DNS, WAF, Web Servers operations, VMware and hypervisor would be an added advantage.

· Candidates with internal support experience is preferred.

· As this role involves interaction with colleagues in Taiwan, proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is beneficial.
