Are you passionate about shaping workplace culture and partnering with leaders to strengthen organizational performance? We are seeking a dynamic People & Culture Business Partner to support business objectives through strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, and effective people management practices.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams, influence workforce planning, and contribute to building a positive and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with operational and organizational goals
• Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace policies, and people management practices
• Support talent acquisition activities and workforce planning initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance, engagement, and employee development matters
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization
• Manage and support employee relations cases, including workplace concerns and investigations when required
• Contribute to organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyze people metrics and trends to identify opportunities to enhance engagement and productivity
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen HR processes and employee experience
• Maintain proper HR documentation and ensure compliance with relevant internal guidelines
What We're Looking For
• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or related functions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
