Job Summary

The Counter Assistant manages customer orders, food items, and front-facing service to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems to ensure efficient service
• Serve Ice Cream Gelato, sausage buns, and prepare fruit cups to meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter and food display areas to uphold hygiene and visual appeal
• Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory to support continuous operations
• Deliver friendly and polite customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Support beverage preparation and service during peak periods or as needed
• Multitask effectively during busy hours to maintain smooth workflow and reduce customer wait times

Preferred competencies and qualifications
