About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and new employees. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including job requisition, advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding packages.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Oversee the full onboarding process to ensure a positive new hire experience.
- Conduct HR orientations and communicate company policies, benefits, and culture.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Admin teams to facilitate smooth onboarding logistics.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Support offboarding and other HR lifecycle activities when required.
- Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes, templates, and tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience with strong focus on recruitment and onboarding.
- Good knowledge of employment practices and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
