Requirement

•        To identify staff vacancies and manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening resumes, arranging interviews, conducting interviews, preparing salary proposals and offer.

•        To coordinate job postings across job portals.

•        To Create employees file and records.

•        To Process and manage all employee Work Pass

•        Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

•        Updates and ensures that new hire data are accurate in Workday and e-HR system.

Requirement

•        Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

•        Minimum 2 year of relevant experiences in recruitment.
