Responsibilities

• Ensure HR practices are fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including the onboarding process.
• Oversee HR-related audits, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
• Administer payroll functions, including CPF contributions, income tax filings, and other statutory submissions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff, interns, and temporary employees.
• Oversee the performance management process and provide administrative support.
