To strengthen its HR team, we are urgently hiring a Program Specialist (Performance Management) to support program execution and continuous improvement initiatives.



Position: HR Representative (Program Specialist / Performance Management)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable)
Location: Woodlands, Singapore
Working Hours: Regular Office Hours



Job Summary:

As an HR Representative specializing in Performance Management, you will play a key role in supporting documentation, training, data analysis, and project activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of performance management programs.


Job Responsibilities:

Documentation Support:

  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop and update procedures and instructions.
  • Ensure documentation complies with standards, styles, and templates.

Program Support:

  • Assist in planning and execution of program activities aligned with the fiscal-year roadmap.
  • Extract and categorize data for reporting and visualization.
  • Support feedback mechanisms for continuous program improvement.

Training Support:

  • Maintain and update training resources to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
  • Create and update charts and graphs to support reporting.

Project Participation:

  • Participate in project meetings and fulfill action items on time.
  • Support transition of projects from implementation to steady-state operations.

Safety & Quality Compliance:

  • Complete required safety training and follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Report hazards promptly and adhere to ergonomic work practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR Regional / Global or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with Workday is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools.
