Location: Tuas; Company transport provided at Jurong East MRT

Responsibilities

• Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related employment matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates of HR databases.
• Support payroll administration, attendance tracking, and HR reporting activities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee insurance matters, including enrolments, updates, claims submissions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare job postings and screen candidates in collaboration with hiring departments.
• Coordinate interviews and support recruitment activities.
• Assist with internship and trainee programme administration when required.
• Organise employee engagement initiatives, welfare programmes, training activities, and company events.
• Prepare HR communications, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support the review and updating of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
• Participate in HR audits, data verification exercises, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support HR system enhancements and workflow optimisation projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
