Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and administering employment contracts.
  2. Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires (onboarding) and manage all administrative procedures, including exit interviews and clearance (offboarding).
  3. Work Pass Management: Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations for various work passes (e.g., Employment Pass, S Pass) in strict compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.
  4. Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, leave) and provide essential payroll inputs, including statutory contributions like the Central Provident Fund (CPF).
  5. HR Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and handbooks, ensuring they are compliant with all Singapore labour laws and Tripartite Guidelines.
  6. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and statutory entitlements.
  7. Performance Management: Coordinate and administer the performance review cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, and coordinating performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  8. Disciplinary and Grievance Management: Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, disciplinary issues, and formal grievances fairly and in line with legal and company procedures.
  9. Training and Development (L&D): Identify training needs across the organisation and coordinate relevant learning programs to enhance employee skills and development.
  10. HR Records and Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Requirements

  • Degree in human resource or relevant field
  • 2-5 years of working experience in HR Generalist functions
  • Experience in Business Partner/Shared Services Liaison will be an added advantage\
