Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate HR operations including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Collaborate with line managers and department leaders to align workforce planning with business objectives.
• Monitor and drive employee performance reviews, talent development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, labor legislation, and internal HR governance.
• Analyze HR metrics and generate reports on staff turnover, absenteeism, and salary trends to support strategic decisions.
• Initiate and support continuous improvement projects to optimize HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
• Proficient in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
