We're looking for a head of EA & Data for a top client in Singapore, immediate start, international remit, large scale platforms across many different business units. Core responsibility to drive and unify silo'd business units globally.

You will:

• Lead Enterprise Architecture and Data strategy across global business units
• Simplify fragmented platforms and reduce architectural complexity
• Define and enforce enterprise-wide standards and governance
• Create a unified value proposition across products, platforms and data domains
• Align architecture and data capabilities with commercial and operational strategy
• Build bridges between technology, data, and business leadership
• Manage and mentor unit heads, architecture leads and senior data leaders
• Drive collaboration across multiple business units and geographies
• Establish architectural principles, data standards and integration frameworks
• Introduce scalable governance models without slowing innovation
• Enable cross-functional teams to operate with clarity and shared objective

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading Enterprise Architecture in complex, multi-BU environments
• Strong Data leadership background, including governance, platform strategy and integration
• Demonstrated success in breaking down silos and unifying global teams
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across business and technology
• Ability to translate architectural strategy into measurable business value
