The Hairstylist Assistant supports stylists in daily salon operations, ensuring smooth service flow and delivering a high standard of customer experience. This role is essential in maintaining service quality and supporting overall salon performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist stylists with washing, blow-drying, and basic hair treatments
• Prepare and maintain tools, equipment, and workstations
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the salon at all times
• Attend to customers in a polite and professional manner
• Support overall salon operations and teamwork
• Learn and develop technical skills under guidance of senior stylists

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• No experience required (training provided) / Experience is an advantage
• Able to work on public holidays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Working Arrangement

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Flexible scheduling for part-time staff (including weekends and peak periods)

Commission & Incentives

• Eligible for performance-based commission, based on individual and team performance
• Commission may be tied to service support, sales of treatments/products, and overall salon performance
• Incentives are non-guaranteed and subject to Management review
