Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Conduct detailed business and technical analysis for Fircosoft upgrade.
• Define and document functional specifications (FSD).
• Design and validate payment screening solutions.
• Develop and oversee test strategy and execution.
• Ensure completeness of test cases and traceability to requirements.
• Manage defect triage and resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project delivery.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate user and task analysis to ensure business needs are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fircosoft, preferably including upgrades from v6.5 to newer versions.
• Must have experience in payment screening, especially with SWIFT/MT messages.
• Familiarity with other payment screening systems is a plus.
• Exposure to WUM (Watchlist Update Management) and SOC (Security Operations Center) processes.
• Proven techno-functional experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in payment screening domain.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
