Working Arrangement: Full-time, 5-day work week including weekends and public holidays (rostered)

Job Description:

We are hiring on behalf of a well-known international children’s clothing brand, which is set to launch its new store at Isetan soon. We are looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates with prior department store experience to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment
• Assist with product display, stock replenishment, and daily retail operations
• Support cashiering and fitting room duties as needed
• Collaborate with teammates and follow store guidelines and SOPs

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a department store is required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about children’s fashion and retail service
• Able to commit to a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays

Work Schedule:

• 5 working days per week (retail shift-based hours)
