Centre Administrator Role

• Support in all duties necessary for the smooth day to day running of centre operations.
• Build strong rapport and relationships with fellow teachers, parents and students.
• Respond promptly to enquiries from parents, with understanding of the centre’s curriculum and classes.
• Manage the scheduling of lessons and trial classes effectively.
• Proactive in listening and resolving customer issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions, including billing, receipts, payments and accounting.

Requirements

• Cheerful personality and passionate about working with teachers, parents and students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Well organized, meticulous and responsible
• Willing to learn with a positive attitude
• Committed to a permanent stint at the centre
• Full time or part time options available, with Saturday or Sunday.
