Job Scope:

• Perform professional pet grooming (bathing, blow-drying, brushing, clipping, trimming, full grooming, and add-on services).
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of pets during grooming.
• Follow Fluffy Hero’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for handling and grooming.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and hygiene daily (sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, equipment upkeep).
• Assist in handling pets in daycare/staycation when needed.
• Provide kind, patient, and compassionate care to all pets.

Requirements:

• Certified pet groomer (minimum SKC or equivalent certification).
• At least 1 year of grooming experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome if passionate.
• Able to handle dogs and cats of different sizes, coats, and temperaments.
• Physically fit and able to lift medium/large dogs.
• Strong teamwork and responsibility in a small-business environment.
• Must genuinely love animals and treat them with kindness.
