Job Responsibilities:

• Operations & Coordination
• Oversee day-to-day freight operations, including Air, LCL, FCL, Breakbulk, and Crosstrade shipments.
• Plan and execute shipment arrangements, including haulage coordination and customs clearance declarations.
• Handle import and export documentation from start to finish, ensuring full compliance and accuracy.
• Work closely with internal departments to seamlessly coordinate customer shipments.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding and fulfilling their logistics needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact, resolving customer queries, complaints, and disputes promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with ministries, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders when required.
• Pricing & Quotation
• Prepare competitive quotations based on customer requirements and market conditions.
• Follow up with customers, overseas agents, and offices on proposals, ensuring successful negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Commercial teams to support business growth and maintain key accounts.
• Financial & Administrative Oversight
• Monitor billing accuracy and ensure timely invoicing for all shipments.
• Track operational costs and work towards optimizing profitability.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience in handling import and export documentation from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience in arranging sea freight or air freight bookings and coordinating with carriers and agents.
• Familiarity with work permit applications and regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
• Strong operational knowledge of freight forwarding processes across air, ocean, and cross-trade is preferred
