Duties:

• Manage issues due to supply, quality, or regulatory.
• Identify and evaluate materials from alternative sources.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, and QC.
• Support global raw material harmonisation initiatives.

• Resolve customer queries.
• Analyse QC and analytical data to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Support product rejects troubleshooting and collaborate with Production for timely resolution.
• Provide on-site production support when required.

• Support Regulatory Affairs on regulatory-driven formula changes and clean-up activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, affiliates, and customers to manage regulatory changes.
• Maintain and approve new material codes

• Support flavour scale-up at production, particularly for savoury and processed applications.
• Work closely with Production to streamline workflows, remove constraints and technical challenges.

•  Participate in long-term projects such as cost optimization of sourcing raw materials, global material harmonisation, and formula streamlining.
