Role: Finance Associate

5 Days 9am - 6pm

Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 + AWS + Bonus

Requirement: 

1. Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of working experience as auditor is preferred for this post.
3. Must comfortable with overseas travel to China or Malaysia if it required, once or twice per year only.
4. Familiar with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, U8) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
5. Basic understanding of bank transactions, TT payments, and reconciliation processes.
6. Coordination with internal departments and external parties (banks, vendors).

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system in a timely manner.
• Monitor daily bank balances and assist in the preparation of weekly cash flow updates and payment processing.
• Assist in the coordination of audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the preparation of documents for GST filing and corporate tax schedules
• Assist in maintaining a proper filing system for all financial records and support ad-hoc administrative or project tasks as required.
• Assist in preparing draft responses to queries from bankers, auditors, or counterparties.
• Comply with established financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure data integrity.
• Consistently stay abreast with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance.
