We are a fund management company seeking to hire a Finance & Compliance Associate to support the company and its portfolio operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fund’s accounting operations and portfolio reporting activities, including maintaining full sets of accounts and preparing monthly/quarterly management accounts
• Support year-end closing and liaise with external auditors, including preparing audit schedules and respond to audit queries
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including MAS declarations and ensure timely adherence to all statutory and regulatory deadlines
• Support compliance matters, including maintaining compliance policies, registers and documentation
• Liaise with internal auditors and respond to internal audit queries
• Provide general administrative support for finance and compliance functions

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
• Experience in a financial services or MAS-regulated environment is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
