• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing - Surface Treatment
• Position Title: Field Service Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas (Transportation provided from Jurong west area)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3500 Basic + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical system issues.
• Ensure proper escalation of unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
