Job Description & Requirements

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Take orders via POS, serve food and drinks, and recommend menu items and promotions.
• Handle cashiering, opening/closing of the stall, and basic stock-taking.
• Ensure the outlet is ready for service and close down properly at the end of the day.
• Help with staff scheduling, training, and daily sales reporting.
• Assist in training new hires on service standards, hygiene, and POS usage.
• Prepare end-of-day reports, including sales summaries and petty cash usage.
• Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate if needed.
• Suggest ideas for promotions, bundling offers, or local engagement activities.
• Assist in conducting training and interviews for new hires.
• Familiar with back of house tasks including food prep, cooking, cleaning or stock handling when required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Passionate in the F&B industry and is service-oriented
• Relevant experience in F&B or qualification in F&B, Retail, Hospitality or Culinary.
• Possess customer service excellence, positive ‘can-do’ attitude and is a team player
• Must be able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
