Project service & maintenance lead

Responsibilities:

1. Assist on fulfilment of service & maintenance of completed projects.
2. Co-ordinate with clients / consultants and main contractors on schedule and permit application.
3. Appointment of contractors and in-house workers team on the execution.
4. Inspect and evaluate on work performed by subcontractors.
5. Prepare reports and request for submission of claims.
6. Involve on tendering for services & maintenance contracts.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Preferable with minimum 1-3 years of working experience in M&E field.
• Ability to work independently and willing to travel based on the project site locally.
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Offices.
• Safety certification possession is an advantage.
