Responsibilities:

· Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.

· Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance, repair, or improvement needs.

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to execute facility-related work, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.

· Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations; support audits and inspections as required.

· Manage office space planning, including workstation setup, seating arrangements, and minor renovations or refurbishments.

· Monitor and maintain inventory of facility-related supplies, such as cleaning materials, maintenance tools, safety equipment, and spare parts.

· Ensure proper storage, usage, and maintenance of tools and equipment to prevent damage, loss, or safety hazards.

· Respond promptly to facility-related issues, incidents, or emergencies to minimize disruptions to operations.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation, including maintenance logs, service reports, vendor contracts, permits, and compliance documentation.

· Develop and manage preventive and routine maintenance schedules.

· Assist with budgeting and tracking of facility-related expenditures.

· Supervise and coordinate outsourced service providers, including cleaning staff, security personnel, and maintenance contractors.

· Support emergency preparedness activities such as fire drills, evacuation procedures, and business continuity planning.

· Conduct safety orientations and briefings for new hires.

· Administer building access control systems and ensure the functionality of surveillance and alarm systems.

· Promote and implement sustainability initiatives, including energy conservation, waste reduction, and eco-friendly practices.
