Threat Intelligence Analyst

Recruit123 is helping our client to hire a Threat Intelligence Analyst to join their cybersecurity team.

Our client is a Singapore-based organization looking for a skilled Threat Intelligence Analyst to identify, analyze, and report on emerging cyber threats to help strengthen the organization's security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor open-source intelligence (OSINT), dark web sources, and threat intelligence feeds to identify emerging threats relevant to the organization
• Analyze threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
• Produce actionable threat intelligence reports, briefings, and advisories for technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Correlate threat intelligence with internal security events to identify potential targeted attacks or campaigns
• Track and profile threat actors, malware families, and attack campaigns relevant to the organization's industry
• Support proactive threat hunting activities using intelligence-driven indicators
• Collaborate with SOC, incident response, and vulnerability management teams to prioritize defenses based on threat landscape
• Maintain and enhance threat intelligence platforms (TIPs) and integrate threat feeds into security tools (SIEM, firewalls, EDR)
• Conduct strategic, tactical, and operational-level threat assessments as needed
• Stay current on geopolitical developments, industry-specific threats, and evolving attacker methodologies

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in threat intelligence, security research, or a related cybersecurity role (experience level flexible depending on specific client mandate)
• Relevant certifications preferred: GCTI, CTIA, or equivalent
• Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, Diamond Model)
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms (e.g., MISP, Recorded Future, Anomali) and OSINT tools
• Strong analytical and research skills, with ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable intelligence
• Good understanding of malware behavior, network protocols, and common attack vectors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to brief both technical and executive audiences
• Prior experience in a SOC, CERT, or intelligence-focused security team an advantage
