About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Executive, Business Development & Partnership to support our organisation’s growth. This role is well‑suited for diploma holders or individuals starting their career who enjoy engaging with clients, building relationships, and supporting partnership activities in a meaningful and purpose‑driven environment.
You will receive on‑the‑job training, guidance from senior staff, and opportunities to take on more responsibilities as you grow.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Lead Support
- Assist in tracking and following up on business leads
- Coordinate meetings and help prepare proposals and pitch materials
- Support client-facing activities and ensure smooth communication
Presentation & Communication Support
- Draft and design simple, professional presentations
- Participate in client meetings as needed
- Maintain consistency in communication materials
Documentation & Agreements
- Assist in drafting MOUs, partnership agreements, and service proposals
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and support KPI tracking
- Provide general coordination support for team activities
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct basic market research
- Monitor trends to support partnership planning and business development initiatives
Membership Management
- Handle membership applications and renewals
- Support member communications and engagement activities
- Assist in organising member events and initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Up to 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); CRM knowledge is an advantage
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Confident and comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders
