Job Description

Reaching Out To You: HL Assurance Pte. Ltd. ("HLAS") is a licensed general insurance company in Singapore since 2012, a subsidiary of Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad ("HLFG") and a member of the Hong Leong Group.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to Head, Project and Operations, you will be responsible to:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including management of office supplies, vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and logistics.
  • Handle travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, insurance matters, and general administrative tasks.
  • Manage issuance and administration of employee access cards and locker keys.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained office environment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Support the CEO & COO to schedule for initial business meetings and provide assistance to follow up with clients or partners for subsequent engagements.
  • Provide corporate secretarial support such as compiling reports and presentation slides and assist in the preparation of board meetings.
  • Assist in managing the CEO’s expense claims and related financial documentation.
  • Provide executive support to senior management, including assistance with adhoc tasks, coordination of personal logistics, and ensuring a well-organised workspace.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience preferably in the financial industry
  • Able to handle sensitive and private information with high confidentiality
  • Meticulous, resourceful, disciplined, self-motivated with great initiative, able to work independently & within teams in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
