We currently have 3 branches across Singapore: West (Bukit Timah Plaza), Central (Balmoral Plaza) and East (Eastgate at Katong). An EA should be able to work at the different locations as required.

Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the directors to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the business.

The role of an Executive Personal Assistant is wide ranging and leverages on her multi-tasking ability. From project management to scheduling appointments and travel itineraries, an Executive PA can expect to enjoy a busy but varied work schedule. You will liaise with staff, suppliers and clients; organise events; manage inventories and databases; conduct research for business-related procedures and preparing corresponding reports; collate company expenses; handle HR-related matters including annual/medical leave administration.

Some of the other responsibilities include:

• Communicate with customers regarding SS programmes, fees, replacement classes, etc.

• Prepare apparatus for experiments. This includes purchasing and maintaining inventory.

• Mark quizzes and monitor students’ progress to help them achieve better grades

+ Maintain high standards with a strong attention to detail. Thorough and accurate when accomplishing assigned tasks.

+ Able to work on weekends (Sunday from 12 noon, and Saturday). [2 weekdays, including Fridays, will be rest days. You’ll be able to avoid weekend crowds on your rest days. Furthermore, there is no need to work on most weekends in June and December.]
