Job Description

• Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed and issued in an accurateand timely manner
• Ensure completeness of documentation (including approvals) for allinvoices and credit notes issued
• Prepare and process of funds receipts (e.g. cheques, landlord voucherdisbursements, credit card payments, etc), customer refunds
• Reconcile and posting journals for monthly point redemptions, deliveryplatform sales and commissions (e.g GrabFood, Deliveroo, FoodPanda), E-storetransactions, Corporate entertainment and tasting, management fee billings
• Administers and processes all Petty Cash transactions within theparameters of HCT policies and procedures
• Prepare and posting of monthly landlord vouchers entries
• Prepare sales report for monthly GTO submission
• Perform bank reconciliation and preparing of journals for month endclosing
• Prepare and submit monthly Government surveys
• Issue of dining vouchers
• Assist in year-end audit
• Anyad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

Education

• Minimum Diploma with accounting knowledge

Experience 

• Meticulous anddetailed oriented
• Self-motivated,proactive and committed
• Good command of MSOffice (Excel, Word etc)
• Able to work independently as well asin a team
• Proficiency inEnglish and Chinese
