Job Summary

Oversee and drive the successful delivery of EV charging projects by managing resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and resource allocation to ensure EV charging projects complete within budget and on schedule
• Assess and mitigate risks proactively to minimize project disruptions and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Manage contractor performance to ensure adherence to contract agreements and quality standards
• Control project costs to optimize efficiency and maximize resource utilization
• Track and report project progress regularly to customers and management, covering submittals, approvals, costs, schedules, manpower, procurement, and quality issues
• Investigate deviations from project plans and implement corrective actions promptly
• Conduct on-site testing, commissioning, training, and troubleshooting to ensure operational readiness and customer satisfaction
• Facilitate project and customer meetings to provide clear visibility on project status and address concerns

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in the EV industry
• Strong knowledge of statutory and related regulations governing EV projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to anticipate problems and implement effective solutions in project environments
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
