Job Description
Tampines
9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break
Responsibilities
- Able to perform simple case analysis and chargeback processing based on guided steps Provide operation support on administrative task e.g. data entry and documentation handling and any other duties as assigned by supervisor/s
- Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, risk controls, efficiency and service quality in the team
- Processing of retrieval requests and merchant deductions
- Backup for support team - Case processing including admin duties like documentation handling, uploading and downloading of documents and data and information, data entry works and filing
- Assist in any admin duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
- Min Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
