Enterprise Infrastructure Lead

Why we need you
As organizations expands globally, having a secure, reliable, and scalable IT foundation is critical. We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Lead to design, manage, and safeguard our IT infrastructure across networks, servers, cloud, and cybersecurity. In this role, you’ll shape enterprise architecture, lead cross-functional IT initiatives, and ensure our systems are resilient, compliant, and future-ready.

You’ll play a central role in driving innovation, strengthening cybersecurity, and enabling seamless business continuity for our teams worldwide.

What we would like
In this role, you’ll bring both technical depth and leadership to ensure our IT backbone is strong, secure, and scalable. In this role, you’ll:

• Design and manage enterprise-wide LAN/WAN, Data Center, IP Telephony, and wireless backhaul systems.
• Lead security strategy across platforms (O365, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, VMware), risk assessments, and incident response.
• Administer servers, storage, and user accounts, while optimizing performance, availability, and capacity.
• Oversee Azure and M365 environments, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune device management.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and failover strategies to ensure operational resilience.

Your keys to success
We’re after someone with the right mix of technical expertise, governance awareness, and leadership skills. To succeed, you’ll need:

• 10+ years’ experience across networks, virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), storage, databases, and O365.
• Strong skills in Cisco routing/switching, load balancers (F5/AVI), Cambium Networks, and broadband/microwave communications.
• 5+ years working with Azure, SDN/SD-WAN, VMware, Nutanix, and hyper-converged solutions.
• Familiarity with audit frameworks, risk mitigation, security operations, and IT process optimization.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage projects end-to-end, and engage stakeholders across business units.
