We support clients from equipment selection to installation and maintenance.

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Technician to support our growing operations. The successful candidate will assist in recommending suitable machinery to customers, installing equipment at client premises, and carrying out maintenance or troubleshooting when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery models

• Assist in site measurements and technical planning prior to installation

• Install, test, and commission machinery at customer premises

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair works

• Respond to breakdown calls and provide on-site troubleshooting

• Ensure safety procedures are followed during installation and servicing

• Prepare service reports and basic technical documentation

Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent experience)

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, and industrial equipment

• Able to read technical manuals and simple drawings

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (or willing to obtain)

• Willing to travel to client sites across Singapore

• Able to work beyond normal hours when urgent breakdown support is required

• Responsible, hands-on, and customer-oriented attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience in food processing machinery or industrial equipment

• Knowledge of conveyor systems, motors, or fabrication works

• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
