Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Project Manager & Senior Project Manager in the planning and execution of the Project.
2. Close supervision, management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality adherence to specifications, performance of sub-contractors.
3. Ensure proper documentation and records of site works are carried out.
4. Work closely with the Safety Personnel to ensure all construction safety requirements are met and strictly adhere to.
5. Work closely with Technical Team on any technical issues arising from site and lead the supervision and resolution of work onsite.
6. Ensure the work complies with authority regulations & requirements and project deadline is met.
7. Any other duties that may assigned from time to time by Superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board)
2. At least 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering & Infrastructures works. With a actual experience of large-scale public building renovation and good relationship with the authorities will be preferred.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Able to work independently and under pressure
5. Good team player & multi-tasking
