Job Responsibilities

• Working days & time: 5.5days
• Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
• Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning.
• Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to senior management
• Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors regarding M&E issues, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
• Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering & or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
• Basic computer skills to edit Microsoft , AutoCad, PDF & Etc.
• Able to read drawings, write and speak in English.
• Knowledge in ACMV systems
• Process good interpersonal & communication skill with a positive attitude.
• An independent, also be able to work in Team, can cope in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated and a good team player.
