• prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets.
• lead tendering processes and contract negotiations.
• monitor project costs and implement cost control measures.
• conduct quantity take-offs and support value engineering efforts.
• communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

knowledge and skills

• bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• minimum 8 years of QS experience in the construction industry.
• strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
• proven leadership and mentoring experience.
