Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support and execute our marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and partnership channels. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who is passionate about consumer marketing and understands the nuances of the baby and maternity market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, website, email, marketplaces).

• Manage social media content calendars, postings, and basic community engagement.

• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

• Work with designers, photographers, influencers, and external vendors to produce marketing materials.

• Support influencer, KOL, and partnership collaborations, including outreach and coordination.

• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on marketing effectiveness.

• Assist with in-store, event, or pop-up marketing initiatives when required.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (FMCG, retail, or e-commerce experience preferred).

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and basic digital marketing tools.
  And familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon) and Shopify exposures.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Interest in baby, maternity, or family-oriented products is highly advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is a plus.
