Part Timer E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant

Services include the following:

· Order processing (including fulfilments, sales and returns)

· Coordinate live streamers for set up, orders and time sheet

· Reply to customer enquiries and reviews on all platforms

· Inventory update including warehouse transfer

· Social media post uploading

· Retrieve platform reports & other ad hoc duties

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with e-commerce tools.
• Good communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with China Team.
• Able to work independently and multitask
• immediate or within 1 month will be an advantage
