Position Overview

The Driver will be responsible to provide point to point transfer for hotel guest, hotel management and hotel ad-hoc jobs upon request in the best way to represent Capella's service standards.

The Role:

Transportation

• Check for daily limousine transfers and assignments
• Perform pre-trip checks on hotel vehicles (engine oil, tyre pressure, petrol levels, transportation amenities, vehicle music etc)
• Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle (both exterior and interior)
• Duties include hotel transfer, management transfer, hotel ad-hoc jobs such as lost & found delivery, F&B hamper delivery etc.
• Ensure guest luggage are loaded properly without any damage
• Engage in professional conversation with guest during the trip
• To record the movement of the vehicle on the record book: mileage/fuel/cash card
• When unassigned, driver shall be stationed at the hotel entrance to assist with valet duties
• Ensure guests / items are shuttled in a safe manner
• Servicing of hotel vehicle
• Flexibility of shift timing based on hotel operational needs

Talent Profile:

• Minimum Secondary qualifications
• Experiences in similar role in luxury hotels/resorts
• Have a valid Singapore driving license
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to maintain a high level of composure in a busy environment
