· Preparation of production drawing for CNC laser machine (2D & 3D)

· Able to convert the drawings into programme files for the CNC machines

· Design metal product according to customer's requirement

· Design innovative tooling solution in order to reduce production cost, improve product quality, process efficiency and support product development to meet customers’ requirement.

· Perform setup, adjust, and operate a variety of machine tools which include CNC laser, shearing & bending and etc.

· Coordinate with production supervisor for production schedule

Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Additional Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate
• 1-2 years machine operate experiences required. Training will be provided
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is a must
• Experience in operating machinery e.g. CNC machine, shearing/ bending machine will be advantage
• Able to communicate and coordinates with supervisor and other team member
• initiative and good communication skill
