Backed by a reputable pharmaceutical developer and manufacturer in Spain co-founded over 20 years ago, we're on a mission to expand and distribute scientifically backed supplements that make a real difference to customers in Asia.


We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence across Asia. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness, with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, regulatory nuances, and performance-driven marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that promote our health supplement portfolio.
  • Produce and manage content for digital ads, websites, social media, email. Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure all content is scientifically sound and fully compliant with local health claims regulations across target markets.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms to monitor campaign performance. Translate data into actionable insights to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Manage SEO and SEM. Track traffic, conversions, lead generation, and revenue tailored to the nuances of each market (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, China).
  • Stay ahead of trends in health and wellness. Evaluate emerging platforms, consumer behaviours, and regulatory shifts to inform campaign strategy and content formats.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI across channels and campaigns, with sensitivity to market-specific cost structures and compliance needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with at least 3 years in an e-commerce/DTC environment, preferably in health, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display).
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms and product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse performance metrics and optimize campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong portfolio of content strategy and creation.
