a top Property group is hiring a Asst Manager PM or Project Manager ..

Responsibilities

• Assist in property developments from conception, design, construction and timely completion.
• Help in the planning, execution, monitoring, control and completion of the property projects within time frame, budget with excellent quality standards.
• Work closely with the project teams such as architect, consultants, contractors to ensure projects are executed in compliance with relevant authorities’ requirements.
• Manage tender and awards of various contracts as well as construction and contract administration.
• Involved in regular meetings to facilitate the project development between the various stakeholders and authorities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors and regulatory authorities to ensure planning approvals are obtained and project milestones are met.
• Ensure that the completed projects are consistent with the design concept, with excellent quality standards to that meet and exceed the expectations of the purchasers.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, if necessary, to expedite with the necessary approvals.
• Assist property management team to ensure proper handover of projects to the purchasers with high standard of quality.
  

Qualifications

• Degree with min 4yrs or more experience in property developements.
• Familiar with Singapore property projects and relevant authorities’ rules and regulations.
• Knowledgeable of local building codes, regulations, building authority requirements, authorities’ approval procedures and regulations.
• Be able to handle all aspects of a project from concept design, design development, submission & implementation, construction, TOP and handover; with the project team members (consultants & contractors).
