One Tech Stop is looking for a Data Scientist to lead the delivery of AI and data-driven initiatives. This role sits between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business challenges into practical AI/data solutions and driving projects from ideation through to production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end AI and Data Science projects, from requirements gathering and planning through development, testing, deployment and handover.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and opportunities, translating them into clear project objectives and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Developers, Engineers and Technical Leads to deliver practical and scalable solutions.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Apply Agile / Scrum methodologies to support effective project delivery.
• Coordinate UAT, production readiness, deployment and transition to operational teams.
• Present project updates, technical findings and outcomes to business and senior stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment between business and technology teams.
• Ensure project documentation, approvals, governance and handover requirements are completed.
• Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance business productivity through AI, data and technology.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Data/AI project delivery, Technical Business Analysis, Technical Project Management, Product Ownership or similar roles.
• Experience managing projects across the AI / Data Science lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Good understanding of AI/ML, data-driven solutions and technology delivery.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Proactive, analytical and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

• Location: Central
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
