Your primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

*Welcome and greet customer.

*Manage outlet administration; answer phone call, report, daily sales, etc.

*Handle and process the customer's requests; complaints; comments; appointments, etc.

*Coordinate and promote marketing promotions to customers; through distribution of flyer and informing regular customers through tele calls

*Assist in stock take, house-keeping, etc

*Ad-hoc duities as and when required

No working experience is required as on job training will be provided

Computer Literacy

* Basic PC knowledge - MS Excel & Gmail (IS A MUST)

Language Abilities

* Able to read, understand and speak well in English

Others

* Dynamic, pleasant and service oriented personality

* Able to work independently

* Excellent telephone etiquette

Employment Type:

* Permanent

Working Hours (public holiday no need work)

*Monday-Friday 10am-6.30pm/ 11am-7.30pm/ 11.30am-8.00pm / 12.00pm- 8.30pm ($1800 per month)

OR

*Saturday and Sunday 10am-9pm ($800 per month)
