Job Description
Summary Benefits:
- Basic Up to $3500
- 5 Working Days
- Locations: West / East
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, visitors or students, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Handle phone, email, and counter enquiries on company products, programs, or services.
- Coordinate customer appointments, registrations, or test-drive / class schedules as required.
- Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and other administrative documents accurately.
- Support daily operations such as data entry, filing, billing, and coordination between departments (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, or Operations).
- Maintain customer databases, follow up on outstanding matters and ensure timely responses.
- Ensure showroom / reception / front desk area is tidy, and materials or display items are in order.
- Support marketing or event activities such as roadshows or client visits when required.
- Provide general administrative assistance to management and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Relevant customer service or admin coordination experience in sectors such as retail, education, logistics, automotive, or healthcare has advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills – cheerful, confident and service-minded.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Word / email systems; able to handle simple data entry and documentation.
- Flexible to work weekends, Public Holidays or events (with off-in-lieu provided).
