Your Role: Where You'll Make a Difference
- Drive Student Success: Be the first point of contact for hopeful parents and students. You'll understand their needs, articulate the transformative power of our programs, and schedule consultations with our academic coaches.
- Master Centre Operations: Take ownership of the centre’s smooth running—from managing student records and processing payments with precision to ensuring our learning environment is always perfect.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to parents (handling inquiries in both English and Mandarin) and a vital support pillar for our teachers, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: We value your ideas! You'll have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements to our processes and customer experience.
What We're Looking For (Our Ideal Match):
- A minimum of a Diploma and 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or operations role.
- Essential: Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with our diverse community.
- A natural problem-solver who is comfortable using technology to streamline tasks.
- A people-person with a warm, professional demeanour and superb communication skills.
- A proactive, organised mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- (Preferred) A knack for relationship-building with a slight sales affinity—you enjoy guiding people to a solution that helps them.
