Job Description
We are seeking a highly imaginative and strategic Creative Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creativity and strategy, developing compelling ideas that align with business objectives, resonate with target audiences, and drive measurable impact. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, brand storytelling, audience insight, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Concepting: Develop innovative and impactful creative concepts, campaigns, and narratives that align with brand and business goals.
- Research & Insights: Translate consumer insights, market research, and cultural trends into actionable creative strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, content, product, and business development) to ensure creative ideas are integrated and executed effectively.
- Brand Storytelling: Shape brand voice, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
- Creative Direction: Provide clear creative briefs and guidance to design, copywriting, and production teams.
- Campaign Development: Oversee end-to-end development of campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring they are audience-centric and results-driven.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and recommend improvements to optimize future creative initiatives.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to inspire fresh, cutting-edge creative strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, or brand marketing (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and strategic thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for persuasive storytelling.
- Proven ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, content marketing, and brand experience design.
- Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
