🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a Video Editor who is not just here to “edit videos” —
but someone who wants to grow into a reliable creative operator.

This role requires:

• Ownership

• Attention to detail

• Ability to move fast under deadlines

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing [Must be AI proficient]

• Edit short-form & long-form content (corporate, social, event, branded content)

• Handle basic color correction & audio cleanup

• Ensure clean timelines, proper file naming, and organized project structure

• Deliver edits based on clear narrative direction (not guesswork)

• Work closely with the team on revisions (up to 3 rounds standard)

• Export and version files properly (v1.0, v2.0, v2.1 — no chaos)

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus)

• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and clean cuts

• Able to follow instructions accurately and thoroughly

• Checks your own work before submission (this is very important)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Good attitude > big ego
