Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes, mainly Italian and Western styles
- Support daily kitchen operations and ensure food consistency
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized work station
- Follow food hygiene and safety guidelines
- Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory checks
Requirements
- Familiar with Italian or Western cooking techniques
- Able to work well in a team and handle busy service periods
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
